Introducing Chimera TECH Lightbanks for soft, beautiful light. The innovators at Chimera have done it again! We’re introducing our new line of Chimera TECH Lightbanks for LED, Plasma and Remote Phosphor lights—the perfect way to get the most out of the new lighting technologies, and still create beautiful, diffused talent-friendly light.
LED Lightbanks use proprietary mounting frames that slide into 1x1 and 1x2 light's front accessory channels and accept the poles in the Lightbank bodies. LED Lightbanks use the new Lens Screens that are efficient and blend the LEDs into a single light source. The Lens Screens are availabe in three degrees of coverage -- see chart below.
And now, Barn Door Style LED Lightbanks that attach to your unit's barn doors for Ikan's ID 36, ID 500 and ID 1000 lights. It doesn't get any easier!
New Dual Block LED Lightbanks -- Quartz style Lightbanks made with low-heat material for LED light fixtures that use Dual Block Speed Rings. These new Lightbanks come with the standard Chimera Front Diffusion Screen, plus 1/2 and 1/4 Grid Front Screens. They are available in Small, Medium and Large sizes for lights from AAdyn, Mole-Richardson, THELIGHT, Zylight and more to come.
