In order to qualify for these special Educational prices, you must present valid identification and a completed Purchase Application to an authorized Dealer.

  • Students: A photocopy or scanned copy of your current valid ID card from the accredited school or program and a copy of your course registration form showing current enrollment in at least one film, video and/or photography course.
  • Faculty: A photocopy or scanned copy of your current valid ID card from the accredited school or program,  and school curriculum listing you as a current instructor.
  • Staff: A photocopy or scanned copy of your current valid ID card from the accredited school or program,
  • Academic Institutions: Copy of purchase order from an accredited educational institution.

How it works:

The purchaser will place a pre-paid order with the dealer, who will then submit a separate purchase order requesting the Educational Pricing. The Dealer will fax copies of the participant’s valid identification along with the purchase order. Chimera will then ship the equipment to the dealer who will distribute it to the purchaser.

  • This offer may not be combined with any other sales or discounts or other offers.
  • The products may not be resold for a period of 24 months.

  • Payment may be made by any method accepted by the dealer.
  • The dealer will collect any applicable taxes.
